Breathtaking Panoramic Views Of The Caribbean Sea From This Luxury Villa

Sea Ya Round Villa boasts an exquisite, nearly 180 degree view of the Caribbean Sea. You have the entire 3rd floor, of this 3-story, round house. At about 400ft above sea level, you'll enjoy a panoramic scenic view, that includes St John, Buck Island, St Croix, and Puerto Rico. Now primarily powered by solar with battery back-up.

The main, open living space includes a full size kitchen, dining, and TV sitting area, with 75” Smart TV, and luxurious sectional sleeper sofa, with queen size pull-out-bed. The ocean side, of the Villa is mostly windows allowing you to take full advantage of the Caribbean view. Retreat to the wrap-around balcony, on the seaside portion of the house to bask in the sun and enjoy the Caribbean breeze. Enjoy paradise, as you watch the breathtaking sunrise and sunset, as you sip your beverage of choice.

Conveniently located, on the south side of St Thomas, Sea Ya Round Villa is located up the mountain above Bolongo Bay, in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Our quiet paradise is about halfway between Downtown (Charlotte-Amalie) and East End (Red Hook), which is 15 minutes drive in either direction, and only 10 mins to Havensight / Yacht Haven Grande. We highly recommend renting a vehicle, for your stay, as taxis can be expensive. The property manager, Shawn, lives downstairs, on the second floor, so he's readily available, if needed. Shawn has lived on island, for 15 years, and worked, as a bartender, scuba diver, island concierge, and boat mate, so he's also a wealth of knowledge, about the best destinations, activities, excursions, restaurants and night life, in the USVI & BVI.

Providing a clean and safe place, for guests is our top priority. Deep commercial cleaning procedures are performed after each check-out.

Perfect place
Stayed at "Sea Ya Round" Villa five nights. Fancy place up on a hill with amazing views in 270 degrees. Scott really takes pride in his place and it shows, made for an unbelievable trip. We had top floor, second floor occupied by the owner, ground floor rented by a long term tenant. Very central location but need a rental car if staying on St. Thomas unless you are right downtown, the island as a whole is definitely not pedestrian friendly. Had a great kitchen with everything we needed to cook many of our own meals and save money that way. There were even storage containers for leftovers. Also very nice were beach towels so we didn't need to pack our own, and a cooler we could use too. Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of hot water, drinkable tap water, and there is solar to insulate from power outages on the island. Everything was clean and in great shape. Guests with mobility issues should just be aware that they will need to take stairs to the third floor.

Perfect weekend getaway
We were a group of 6 people for a weekend. We couldn't have asked for anything better than this place, IT WAS PERFECT. The place was so clean, it had everything we needed to make food and THE VIEW, OMG THE VIEW!! Its a very quiet neighborhood which was a plus for us, and very close to everything. Scott is an extraordinary host he received us personally and explained everything. They have a beautiful dog (Dublin) that hung out with us and made us feel at home (we all have dogs). Overall its THE perfect place!! Im so sure we will be coming back!!

Great Place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Ya Round! The views were amazing, and the huge windows and wrap around porch provide perfect viewing. The property managers were very communicative and kind! Dublin (their dog) was just the sweetest too. The road to get to the property is quite steep, but that's true for most places in St. Thomas. We did have some water pressure issues during our stay, but Scott and Shawn were actively working to fix them, and I wouldn't expect that to be a concern for future guests. There are folks living on the 1st and 2nd floors of the property, so the pool is technically shared by all, but during our stay we were the only ones to use it. The view from the pool deck is spectactular! I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay!
Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful time at See Ya Round. The location was absolutely perfect, and we were able to enjoy all sorts of activities that made our vacation truly unforgettable. We explored diffeent beaches each day and had a blast exploring the area and taking in all the sights and sounds. The accommodations were top-notch as well, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation spot!

50th Anniversary Vacation
Fantastic trip Accommodations exceeded our expectations. Beautiful Mornings with coffee watching the sunrise rivaled the sunsets with drinks watching cruise ships coming in. Scott & Shawn answered all our questions before we arrived and during our stay. We cooked breakfast several mornings and had everything we needed for a relaxing start each day. Great recommendations for restaurants and activities. They even provided sand chairs , towels, noodles to use at the gorgeous beaches . The pool was clean and well lit at night for great view of the coastline and harbor . Definitely rent a Jeep. The roads are very challenging and road signage dismal. Drive slower and enjoy the countryside.See Ya Around Villa is a perfect place to relax and unwind. We felt right at home and leaving was hard . They made us feel like family and shared their beautiful home

Sweet Little Getaway
Hosts were extremely kind-very nice family. Beds very comfy as they are both kings. Property is located away from beaches up on a hill with beautiful views. Property is very close to beach but a car is necessary which it is in St Thomas anyway unless you just want to stay in a hotel or take very expensive taxis. Property has a nice kitchen filled with everything you need to prepare meals, etc. Bathrooms are spacious but dont expect high water pressure, etc--you're on an island and things are different. There is a huge wrap around porch which is way cool to just hang out on and have coffee or watch the sunset. Nice big TV if you're into that. Games galore and beach chairs to borrow which is very nice. All in all a comfy place to stay with helpful hosts. Thank you Scott, Sean, Kim and Zander.

Wonderful view, shared facility
My wife and I stayed here this past week with friends (another couple) and had a wonderful time. The view is even more spectacular than the pictures allow for and Scott was on-site to help us with additional needs like suggestions for places to visit, extra towels, paper goods, etc. The place was great. Bathrooms were clean and in good working order (even with island-limited water), the AC worked great in all areas, the great room was comfy and spacious and the view I already mentioned is astounding. The deck chairs were also very comfortable to sit in and we didn't feel we were lacking for anything we couldn't grab at a local market. We went to the beach daily and used the beach chairs that were all in good working order (4 total). We also used the beach towels which were in good condition. We did lots of cooking and lounging at the property as we enjoy both of those things! Note: The grill is one level down (2nd floor) from the living quarters (3rd floor) so prepare for lots of stairs if you plan to grill. Importantly, there also is a tenant on the 1st floor who also had guests in town which made for a somewhat tenuous/tense pool situation (1st floor). I am taking a star away because it's NOT a private pool and private cooking area but the listing seems to invite that. We also saw the note that there was "coin laundry" but there's nothing on-site or anywhere close by. Even with a full house there was always parking and it was always quiet. Would recommend!

This property has beautiful mountain top views and looks out to the water in over 180 degrees. The property was clean Steven and Scott were great and responsive when we needed them. There are tons of food recommendations. There is a regular coffee machine - we only so kuerig on the listing ( I was worried I’m a big coffee drinker!) Everything you need to take a beach trip or just a dip in the pool is there! We hope to be back soon!

Very roomy open floor house perched on the top of the mountain. Super awesome view and Scott the property manager lives on the 2nd floor and was a great person to have around when you had questions or inquiries. You get the entire 3rd floor and it was one of the better bnbs ive ever stayed in.

The perfect home base in USVI
We are so happy that we chose to stay at Sea Ya Round Villa during our week in the Virgin Islands. We wanted a place with a kitchen and plenty of room for our family of four to be comfortable -- a home away from home, if you will. And that's exactly what we found at Sea Ya Round. The views are magnificent, the accommodations are clean and spacious, and even when you're inside it feels like you are connected to the natural surroundings with the sea breeze that flows throughout the space. We found it easy to work when we needed to (the WiFi connection was excellent), and the kids really enjoyed the cats and other animals they encountered around the property. Scott was a great host, making us all feel very welcome. If we're ever back in the USVI, we'd stay here again!

Great Vacation at Sea Ya Round Villa
We had a great stay at Sea Ya Round Villa in mid March. It was a very clean, open and well equipped Villa with comfortable beds, a great kitchenette, living/dining area and a spectacular view. Scott and Shawn were terrific hosts, very communicative and responsive. They were generous with their local recommendations, solicited feedback on how to make it the best visit possible and were also very respectful of our privacy as well. It was a great location (near Bolongo Bay) for us during our stay on the island and we could easily travel by car to and from all the sites on the island. We would definitely recommend Sea Ya Round and look forward to coming back in the future. Thanks guys for a great stay!

Great stay at Sea Ya Round! The rental is just a short drive to anywhere on the island, nestled in a neighborhood above the hustle and bustle in the chill area of Bolongo Bay. The Perfect Cottage
This cottage was the perfect place for us to stay in St. Thomas. The view as absolutely incredible and the cottage provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Shawn and Kim were kind and helpful. Their restaurant suggestions were the best! We all fell in love with Dublin the dog and were so sad to leave. I definitely suggest planning to arrive the first day before the sun sets. The drive up on the twisty roads would be very difficult for the first time in the dark. We definitely plan to come back!
