We didn’t have high expectations for this stay as it was just a one-night stay because we were flying out the next morning… but it was BAD. The staff was so rude. The food was so bad and so expensive. Our shower didn’t work and no one cared to help us. The other room we had, the AC didn’t work. No towels for beach provided. Ordering food was a nightmare. We had small kids with us and no staff member had any empathy or desire to help. Very disappointed and unhappy with our stay.

There was animal feces at the pool all week. You had to practically beg for a roll of toilet paper and bath towels to shower.

Unfortunately, there are iguanas that come into the property and in the pool area. Our pool and surrounding area are cleaned and maintained daily; however, it can occur that an iguana arrives directly after staff has monitored the areas. Our housekeeping staff is available from 7 am to 11 pm each day and provides room service each day. Our front desk staff is also accessible 24 hours a day.
