Gorgeous Beachfront Romantic Villa with the most breathtaking views!!!

We are excited to offer our beautifully renovated unit for rent and we are thrilled with the outcome! You will enjoy Italian floor tiles throughout the unit, remodeled bathrooms, beautiful new kitchen with distressed alder cabinets, and new appliances. We have installed beautiful new light fixtures, ceiling fans, and gorgeous off-white drapes for the new fourteen foot sliding glass doors. We have decorated the unit with many mirrors to optimize the view of the crystal clear turquoise Caribbean water that can be enjoyed from almost any vantage point in the condo. At night you can light the candles throughout the unit and terrace, turn off the lights, and enjoy the moonlight sparkling on the water below. Or relax on the outdoor slip-covered couch, gazing at the stars as your listen to the waves……such a romantic setting!

The condo has been decorated to provide ultimate relaxation after a long day at the beach or exploring. The main living area has a large, white slipcovered, over stuffed couch and ottoman . The flat screen 46 inch TV has been mounted on the wall for easy viewing and beautiful white porcelain lamps surround the living area for romantic lighting. The upstairs master bedroom has been decorated in mostly white with beautiful blue sapphire accents. A new top-of –the- line king pillow top mattress has been purchased to provide for a great night’s sleep. The condo is furnished with great quality linens and towels.

The villa is located at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina. Sapphire Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and has great snorkeling. You can swim with the sea turtles and other local sea life directly in front of the unit which sits less than 30 yards from the front of the building. Our unit sits in one of the two buildings located closest to the water
so the views are exceptional. The small town of Redhook is located less than a half mile from the unit where you will find many bars and restaurants including the famous “Duffy’s Love Shack”. In addition, there is a great small grocery store called Moes where you will be able to purchase made to order sandwiches and salads for your trip to the beach or your adventure to the British Virgin Islands and St. John. The ferry terminal to St. John and Tortola are also located in Redhook.

This condo had the best view. Looked right out on the beach. You could hear the water crash on the shore. Condo was clean and spacious. The news were comfortable including the pull out couch upstairs. The beach bar and the pizza restaurant were great and close. Sudis was just up the hill and it was good too. The coffee shop was nice to have for breakfast. A grocery store is just 1/2 mile away for 6/pp cab ride. I’d stay here again no doubt.

Great time at Sapphire Beach!
We had a wonderful time staying in this condo at Sapphire Beach! It was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of places to sleep, linens, and cute decor. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio with coffee and cooking in the kitchen. The location also cannot be beat- right next to our favorite beach! Very easy to head straight to the beach to snorkel or go to the pool. It is also very close to other great beaches, Red Hook, and the ferry to St. John. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to come back soon!

BFF getaway
The property was very clean and as described. The beach and resort were absolutely beautiful. The unit was very clean and certainly met our needs. The view was stunning. We had some concerns upon entering the unit with the upstairs A/C which were promptly addressed by the owner and maintenance. I would advise anyone expecting to use the bar b q pit that there isn’t one. Overall wonderful unit!

Gorgeous Beachfront Romantic Villa is Actually Horrible Blind Date!
Dear VRBO, We have booked several vacations with you, and have always been pleased, submitted excellent positive reviews, etc. With this reservation / trip we completed last week, I need to say shame on VRBO and the Property Host for over exaggerating and misrepresenting the property. The view was great, but the rest of the descriptions are total lies. 1. Black Mold is in all bathrooms, bedding, sofas, and king mattress. The king mattress was totally non sleep able. Big hole in center of 15-year-old mattress (not new like stated). Linens are worn and filthy. We tried to sleep on sleeper sofas, but black mold. We purchased inflatable queen mattresses and linens at local store. 2. All fixtures and lights are filthy, mold, smell. Fans mold, floors filthy, tiles cracked tile molding falling off walls, all items in kitchen are chipped broken, etc. Coffee (Keurig) machine do not work. No grill available as promised. 3. One toilet was only operating for visit. 4. Stairs going upstairs are falling off the wall, you have to skip two stairs, or you risk falling when stairs fall away. 5. THIS IS NOT A RENOVATED UNIT AT ALL. I DO NOT THINK ANY WORK HAS BEEN DONE FOR OVER 15 YEARS! HOLES ON THE WALLS, CRACKED FLOORS, FILTH EVERYWHERE. 6. We left five days into our ten-day visit; we started getting sick from the condo. 7. Host no replies. Local contact replied, said property is very tired, nothing they can do, owner has not been to property in years.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
This listing looks nothing like it’s pictures posted here. The view from the balcony is the only thing that’s genuine. There’s mildew all over the furniture, dirt and rust on a lot. The upstairs AC does not work and makes it hot and muggy upstairs. I could not sleep in even once because of work wing done on the roof starting at 8am every morning. Also there was a GIANT DEAD ROACH in the living room. Me and my boyfriend had to sleep downstairs on the last night because it was so hot upstairs -‘s disgusting. Book at your own risk. Also the host takes weeks to reply.

The condo is not as described. Perhaps it had not been used and cleaned in a while. Black bits of stuff was on the bed, floor, porch, which I believe came from the roof. Work was being done on the roof. I left after 1 night. Also this is not a good time to come here.

Great beach, OK condo
Sapphire Beach was amazing and we would definitely go to this beach again. The condos provide lounge chairs for use on the beach and you can't beat the convenience of the coffee shop, beach bar, pizza place, restaurant, gift shop right there. It was a short 5-minute, $6 per person, cab ride to Red Hook and the ferry, restaurants and grocery store. There is a taxi stop right by the coffee shop, making it super easy to get around. While there was nothing terrible about this unit, we would look at other units first. The communication with the owner was terrible. We emailed some questions asking about rental car vs. cab, grocery delivery, beach chairs, and other recommendations. The day after our message we got the automated message from our second payment. After a week we emailed a second time, still no response. After another week we emailed again and asked about batteries in the remote and a first aid kit (based on a recent review saying those things were not there). She did get back to us. However, she said that she would get the batteries and first aid kit taken care of. She did not. Many of the lights in the unit did not work. The grill mentioned in the confirmation email was a small rusted out electric grill that was falling apart but we couldn't have used anyway since the outlet on the lower patio didn't work and the outlet on the upper patio was hanging out of the wall. The smoke detector was sitting on the shelves. I never did test to see if it worked. The bed wasn't terrible but the middle leg was broken and made thumping noises when you moved. Overall, I get the feeling that the owner does not actually visit this condo regularly. We spoke to people that were repeat renters of other units where the owners put in time and money and would look at other places before renting this one again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this lovely condo on Sapphire Beach. We would definitely stay again. As always, everything is well maintained on this property. They are adding new restaurants, shopping, and night life which was great for having date nights. The view from the condo was to die for and the breeze that runs through the condo made our stay so relaxing.

Sapphire Beach resort is a great place to stay. The resort amenities (beach, swimming pool and beach bar) are very nice . Taxi service is convenient. Rates to Red Hook are $6.00/person each way. Taxi service to airport was $23.00/person. This condo is not updated as some others on property. We were there for a wedding and visited other condos that family and friends were staying in this resort. All were updated and nicer than this one. Condo would be worth the money if it was renovated and had a deep cleaning. Condo issues: no first aid kit or fire extinguisher inside condo. Both toilets had intermittent leaks. Older appliances. Screens and sliding doors did not shut properly. Sofa bed stained and not firm enough for comfort. Not enough glassware ie:( one water tumbler). Upstairs TV remote control did not have batteries.

The property was as described. It is a gorgeous location on Sapphire Beach. The view from the condo is amazing, you can even see the island of St. John. The condo complex is great. There is a coffee/breakfast shop open in the morning, and multiple lunch/dinner options available on property. The only issue we had with our stay was we were not provided the check-in instructions prior to our check-in time. To get the instructions, I needed to have VRBO contact the host which was stressful. I also reached out to the host during our stay and I never received a response back.

Location, location, location!!!
This is the place to stay! The unit itself is a bit worn and while we were there the TV remote downstairs quit working, the microwave didn’t work and the stove top never got hot enough to boil water for pasta. But the manager brought us a toaster oven and that’s all we needed to heat up leftovers. The on-site cafes are amazing with delicious breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, best ever hamburgers, coconut fried shrimp, fish tacos, pizza and chicken sandwiches. Plus, Red Hook is a 5 minute drive and Tarpon Table is fantastic! I highly recommend going to St John. Trunk Bay is gorgeous and the snorkeling is amazing! But the best thing is you are right on beautiful Sapphire Beach. No need to pack up the kids and drive anywhere. Beach chairs are free and there’s plenty of shade. We also visited the botanical gardens which were totally worth it. On our way to the airport we ate at Captain Bluebeard, high on a hill overlooking the cruise ships. The drive up to Paradise Point gave a different perspective of the port. All in all, this is the perfect place to stay and enjoy everything. I totally recommend it.

The location was perfect for us. We loved being right on the water. Being able to walk to a few places for drinks and food was a huge plus even though we rented a Jeep (the road system was somewhat a challenge). The place was as described in the listing, clean and cozy! We would stay here again……

Best choice for a stay at Sapphire Beach!
Everything was as stated with lots of beautiful decorations, plenty of linens, towels, bath and kitchen items. Super clean and convenient to pool, 5 minutes to beach, bar, Sudi's restaurant up the hill. Fun local spot. Keyless entry and extraordinary deck views! The Beach bar is terrific. Best fish tacos ever!!! One warning, the coffee shop to buy snacks/drinks/ice cream closes at 2:00pm. We stopped at Moe's grocery in Red Hook for breakfast items, coffee pods, milk. Red Hook (and most local taxi rides) are $6/person. Pangea next door was excellent for dinner.

The views from Sapphire Beach villas were stunning! Weather was absolutely beautiful! Really can’t walk to anyplace, taxis were about $5-6 a person, shuttles were $4 per person, gets quite expensive. At the villa, restaurants closed early, maybe because of off season. Sapphire Beach Villa E302 was nice enough except for disgusting sofa bed downstairs, told owner & she said she was far away & couldn’t keep up with everything, I told her it was unacceptable & it was! I have never written a bad review, talked to her first & that was the response I got. Anyway, we had a great time from Oct. 1-8, went to Red Hook, Charlotte Amalie, the aquarium (very nice) & took ferry to St. John 2 times. I thought St. John was more welcoming & much easier to walk everywhere. Should have stayed there. We took a tour of the island with shuttle driver for 4 hrs. at $25 each, really nice. We ate at a Mexican place called Gringos, loved it! Had to go back & eat there again, my favorite. It was a great time, weather beautiful, views magnificent.
