-The Caribbean is experiencing unusually high levels of Sargassum seaweed this season. -During periods of excessive seaweed, the beach will not be accessible and transportation to nearby Coki beach will be provided.
-A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
-U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in.
-There is a daily energy fee of $25 assessed onsite.

The property is needing an upgrade
I’ve stayed here a few times over the past 5 years. The property is getting run down and a little fresh paint isn’t enough to fix it. The food and drinks were ridiculously expensive. The laundry room wasn’t available until our last day. Overall experience was not what should have been.

Margaritaville Stay
When we book our stay, we booked a room on the lower pool level. Upon arrival we were informed that these rooms were under construction, and we received a room on the hillside. Every time we wanted to leave our room, we had to wait for a cart to pick us up and transport us to our vehicle. You couldn't room charge any expenses at pools or restaurants.

No refund for days not at resort.
Due to a hurricane in Florida, our flight was canceled and we notified hotel we will be arriving three days late. VRBO did not compensate for the three days not there. Resort would not help with compensation of room.

Clean Property with Great Pool, but AC Issues and Seaweed Beach
I had a great trip overall. The room and property were clean and well-maintained. However, be aware that the beach had a significant amount of seaweed toward the end of the trip, so this isn't the ideal place if you're looking for a pristine beach experience. On the bright side, the pool was fantastic and provided a great alternative to the beach. There was an issue with the AC going out during my stay. Unfortunately, I was not proactively offered a new room and had to request one myself. Additionally, I had to ask for a voucher for the inconvenience. Despite this hiccup, I still enjoyed our time at the property.

Everything was perfect, our room had a lovely view and the bed was so comfortable! The food was amazing and our bartender Erin was the best. Met great people at happy hour and it was very relaxing! Just what we needed! Will definitely go back again!

The resort was great. We are on the younger side so there’s plenty of rude and arrogant older people there. Besides that the happy hour was amazing (probably the best on the whole island. The rooms were nice and had everything we needed. Definitely explore your options for food the restaurant is “okay”

WE loved 95% of the resort and our stay. Could have done without the hard sell to participate in sales opportunity function when we checked in, we booked our room based on poolside - and the pool was closed. One evening the restaurant was hosting a function and had a much decreased menu - all things that would have been nice to know about ahead of time, but easily adapted to.

The property grounds were beautiful and the rooms were great. The food was great but service very slow, I hope it was because of understaffing. The bartenders are fast though, and their happy hours are the best. Too much seaweed at beach area, they tried cleaning but every morning there was more. We had to go to St John beaches to get away from the weed. Got charged 25 dollars a night which was a surprise,some government tax. Had a lot of fun during the week. No Landshark beer at this Margaritaville, hope they can get it back in the future.

Paradise!
Was perfect for our long weekend! The property was spotlessly clean. The employees were all very welcoming. Although we did leave to explore the island, we could have easily just stayed at the resort.
