Our first time back to St Thomas in 10 years and we had a great time. The house was great. Needs a few small maintenance items - squeaky doors and the refrigerator kept freezing our food. I would pay for the pool to be heated. Overall all it was great and we’d stay here again. Tarcia is a great property manager and very responsive to any communications.

Gorgeous house, excellent views, accommodated 5 adults easily; Four couples could stay easily in the house. It is close enough to most places on the island for access, yet far away from the tourist crowds for privacy and quiet.

Perfect Luxurious Carribean Dream Vacay
This place is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! This was a Girl's Trip during Carnival with 8 women. (Two to a room) Perfect for down time, eating together, and fellowshipping. The breakout villas were perfect. The floor plan is Spacious and accommodated our every desire. Every room had its own full bathroom which was perfect for us. The view was BREATHTAKING, and our experience was PRICELESS. We hired a private driver for the week to take us to our daily and nightly activities (highly recommend doing this). Rental is worth every penny!

Awesome Estate/Great Views
This is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. The views were unbelievable. The views from the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and pool were great. The pool was perfect for our friends and would be great for kids. The house was very clean. The gated community was safe and we never had any concerns about the area. We were a short drive from Magan’s Bay and Red Hook. A couple of restaurants were even closer. The host was responsive and met us on property to ensure we had everything we needed.

Great place to stay, nice and quiet......almost always
The place is in an awesome location with great views. Had some minor issues, including one of the bungalows leaking when it rains, exterior speakers not working, very spotty Wi-Fi and getting broken glass lodged in my foot that was never cleaned up prior to our arrival. Other than the issues, we had a great time and the property is what you make of it!

Beautiful Property!
This was a gorgeous property with amazing views in all directions. My husband and I live right above the property in a condo and can see the villa from above. We rented for our family coming in for Thanksgiving (a different place each year usually) - I think we all voted this has been one of our favorites. Tarcia was very welcoming and checked in multiple times to make sure all was well. The place is very clean and very well maintained. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. You won't regret booking this place!

Incredible views and atmosphere
Stayed in November with my wife and two other couples. Property was incredible with breathtaking views. Manager was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. Very quiet and perfect for our group to spend the day in the pool or enjoy the amenities on the property.

Best vacation ever
The photos on the listing for this property do not do it justice. The view is absolutely stunning and something we will never forget. Communication with the property manager was good and he brought us whatever we needed and gave us recommendations for things on the island. We would love to come back to Sie La Vie!

PARADISE!
When we walked on this property, we felt like we were celebrities. It was top notch. Such beautiful views! Lots and lots of windows to catch that ocean breeze, everything you need in the kitchen (except condiments) and speakers surrounded all around the deck to get surround sound. Vincent was so so kind. He met us whoever we requested and took us to the property and gave us a grand tour. The pool overlooking the ocean is magical. The driveway is steep so make sure you have 4wd/AWD. Everything was about 15 minutes away. Make sure you download the island map if you use google maps so you can still navigate with GPS. Spotty coverage for your gps here. Wifi at the house worked perfectly fine. Make sure you give your accurate number of people going because rooms rates are based on double occupancy. There were 7 of us, so that automatically got us all 4 bedrooms and payment was included in the initial payments. Conserve water because you could get charged if you go over. The island is in need of water so just be respectful of that. You have AC in your bedroom at no extra cost, but not the common area. That's an extra cost because electricity is also high priced. We just opened all the windows I the living room to get the breeze to come in. It was still warm but not too bad. LOTS of care and love has been put into this home. It's beautiful inside and out.

Amazing House but Read Fine Print Before you Pay
The home was amazing, it’s better In person if you can believe that. Vincent the property manager was awesome. It was the owner who we had issue with. The listing stated the the house is 4 bedrooms. We paid in full months before our arrival. It was my birthday celebration. We had 5 people, org it was 4 but we had a last minute add on. However when we arrived we were told that we would only have access to 2 bedrooms because it’s based on “couples” and double occupancy!!! So the owner assumes that you want to sleep together without understanding if you are couples or not. The owner told my group that it was in the contract that was emailed to me the day before we arrived. We took issue with this because as long as I have rented on VRBO which has been years we have never had an experience where you think you are paying for the complete house but then when you arrive you are told you have access to only two bedrooms of a 4 bedroom house. So in order for us to have access to the other 2 bedrooms which were locked we had to pay an additional 1350.00 dollars. There are some many rules in that contract which should definitely be sent out before you pay for your stay. Rules in reference to water use, air conditioning, which is only in the bedrooms, and others like expecting the guest to take the trash out to a trash facility which is at the front of the subdivision, (we didn’t rent a car we had a driver and he was appalled that we asked if we could put trash in his vehicle). The owner needs to provide trash bins on the property. I would caution anyone renting this house to request the contract before you pay. I have never had this experience before in all my years of renting on VRBO.

Breathtaking views ! St Thomas is a great island. Fantastic food every dining experience we chose . The weather was very humid so we stayed in ! We played card games , Jenga, phone games, made dinner and danced! Family is 1st . Thank you for your lovely property.

Great time at Sea la Vie
We had a great time. People that helped us with the property were awesome. This property is one that we will definitely consider returning to. My kids, wife and family we traveled with all have said how much they would like to return and we have friends that have asked us all about it. This is a great stay and a happy place to visit.

Wonderful Views
Our party of 8 adults hated to leave this beautiful villa after staying for a week. The views were spectacular. The villa was so clean, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The sunrises were awesome. Vincent was always available to answer our questions. Would definitely revisit.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view
This home is amazing as are the views from every room of the house. The home is very spacious and full of all the amenities you would have in your own home. The appliances and furnitures are all of high quality and the outdoor lounge chairs are very comfortable. We used the pool heater(in February) and it was very comfortable. Vincent made check in very easy and was available for any questions or anything we needed during the stay.

We had a wonderful time, the house is absolutely terrific. The view is very stunning. Recommend renting a Jeep or any small vehicle that sits up high off the ground so you can get down the driveway, we chose to park on the road and walk down, which was fine. Vincent the host was there to escort us to the house and answered any question that we had. Will definitely love to stay there again.

I thought the property was very nice. The view is simply the best I have had in staying in St. Thomas nearly ten years. Construction noise from the site next door put a damper on some of our mornings as the new place is quite close.
