I am delighted by the efficient and friendly arrival and check-in. Room was very clean. Pillows and bed were firm and fresh. The front counter staff are young, cheerful and enthusiastic. "This is a great value. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms and beds are super comfortable, and being right on one of the biggest tourist attractions means you don't have to travel far except for crossing the street to get to it. Having a pool and full-on weight room overlooking the lake and somebody on the cake. There is a mall with restaurants and a grocery store in the same building, very convenient."
