We ate dinner one night at the hotel, and the service and food were very good. The front desk staff were very helpful with information about the area, calling taxis for us. Very pleasant staff. "

"Nice building, excellent staff, good breakfast and wine hour in the evening. Easy walk to central Santiago, or 3 minute walk to Republica stop on Metro. Only point to note is that room had no separate work table or chair, but plenty of seats and tables in public areas. Highly recommended for touring central Santiago."
