This pet-friendly community has great amenities in a prime downtown location. The Biltmore is walking distance to amazing restaurants on Bedford and Summer Streets.

The Space:
A comfy 600 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartment that gets the afternoon sun. Enjoy the natural light and downtown views through the oversized windows.

Guest Access:
Please refer to the brass tag on your key ring as it indicates your unit number. The first and/or second digit indicates your floor and the last 2 digits indicate your unit number (e.g. 1504 = Floor 15, Apt # 1504). Take the elevator to your floor and follow the signs to your apartment. Your key set includes 3 keys. The round key will unlock the bottom handle lock. The square key will unlock the top safety bolt. To open the bottom lock of your front door, please turn the key towards the inside door frame and push the door as the key is fully turned. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment doors are equipped with spring loaded safety locks. To open the door, insert the round key into the bottom lock. Turn the key toward the inside door frame and push the door open as the key is fully turned.
