I loved the property and area of the hotel, the only thing I wasn’t happy with was that I booked a deluxe king bedroom and it was nothing like the pictures.

Ridiculous - Blackout shade too small for window!

We have stayed at a Tapestry hotel before and appreciate the updated rooms. This room was very nice; however, the blackout shade on the window was smaller than the window! We woke up with the sun this morning after a late night. This was ridiculous. How does a hotel know the importance of a blackout shade but not realize the shade being too small for the window will essentially not serve its purpose of blocking out the light. Seriously? This is hotel basics 101. I called to complain and the hotel manager told me they will be changing the curtains in the future. This is nice but did nothing to satisfy me given the early morning wake up. For this reason, I strongly advise people stay away from this hotel unless you have an early wake up the next morning.

The television does not work in the room, and one of the elevators is broken.
