We are happy to see that you posted about your recent experience The Stamford Hotel. Thank you for the feedback as we love constructive criticism and will work to improve our service in all areas. We hope that you will still consider us for your future Connecticut. While there is certainly no excuse for your poor experience, I assure you that many of these items are not the norm for us and have already been addressed. Once again, I do hope that you will return to experience the true Stamford Hotel experience.

Checked in with no problem. Toilet wouldn't flush, TV had only 4 channels the service stated that other channels were unavailable, coffee service was inadequate, internet signal was inadequate the signal continued to go off and it was impossible to use the internet.

I can promise you and we been made aware of them, we would have done everything to make your stay a better one. Our engineering and housekeeping team are always ready to assist and fix any issue you may have. My apologies once again.
