Great little stay

The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Our room was lovely with a huge bed and a deep free standing bath. Breakfast was great…… what’s not to like? We will definitely stay here again👍👍

Weekend in Stamford

Slightly disappointed

Had to ask staff to turn off overheated towel rail in bathroom (it wasn't apparent). Ropey taps and large shower head didn't make showering easy. Needed the fan (it was very warm) which was efficient, but very noisy. Road noise more bothersome this visit.

Lovely historic hotel.

Room was a good size, but needed a repaint. At back of hotel with no view out of the window. Disappointing for £161 per night.
Excellent quality bath towels.
One or two if the staff needed a bit more training. Very rushed and not particularly interested in you as a guest.
