Awesome PEI vacation rental !!!

Publié le 6 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe absolutely loved the property and ease of use. Few pictures missing, scuff marks on walls etc that we reported. The facility is amazing apart from the beds, so uncomfortable and not a lot of padding, especially in the Master. We would book again but only if the beds are changed. Everything else was wonderful.

Home away from home
Publié le 4 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayAs soon as we walked in the door, this place felt like home. It was beautifully decorated, had many seating areas and was stocked with everything we needed. Our daughter loved having toys to play with and things to draw and colour on. It was great to have beach gear provided as those things can take up a lot of space when packing your car, so we had extra space to bring other things we wanted. The beach was a fun place for our daughter to explore and we found all kinds of treasures. Its nice and shallow for a good distance so she enjoyed splashing around and being able to see little fish and the odd jellyfish. There were also a couple of beautiful herons that hung around there, as well as some cute bunnies that made an appearance a couple of times. The location was perfect. It was so peaceful and serene and only a quick drive to Cavendish and North Rustico. I would stay at this place again and again and again. It was perfect.

Beautiful Retreat

It is right on the water and has amazing views of the bay. The manager was incredibly helpful with any questions we had. It had great access to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property for families
Publié le 26 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a great place for a family stay. Secluded quiet area yet close to amenities (in season). Just a few minor issues: we stayed early October and it got a bit chilly at night. The thermostats in the house didn’t do anything. After we enquired, we were told that the heat pump was on and we were given instructions on how to turn the furnace on. That didn’t do anything, and we were leaving within a few days, so after some back and forth with the property manager, it just stayed a bit cool at night so our baby slept with us. The only other complaint we have is that the washing machine had kind of a funky smell. We think the drum needs a good cleaning. Having said these things, we would not hesitate to book again if we were in the area.

It's too bad you didn't let us know that the instructions we gave you in regards to turning the furnace on didn't work for you- had we have known we would have sent someone immediately to get it working for you!

Wonderful Airbnb

It was clean and perfectly equipped for an almost two-year-old, with a brand new high chair and pack and play with several sets of clean sheets. The open floor plan of the house was really conducive to her exploring, and she loved greeting the sea out the beautiful tall windows each morning. The bedrooms were perfect for my parents, me and my husband, and a little one. Great location for visiting Cavendish, Park Corner, and Dalvay, just a half hour from the Charlottetown airport. Highly recommend!
