Dog friendly, kids see fairy penguins, walk to nut and town, last minute availability and cancellation if needed.

disappointed for my unfavourable experience in this hotel.
i stayed for 1 night and unfortunately the electricity circuit box ran out and cut all electricity sources. i asked hotel staff for assistance and when the staff came to my room the he accused me of having booked the hotel for 2 people but we had 5 people living in the room. I repeatedly clarified that we had adequately booked and paid for 5 people. without doing any checking the hotel staff continued to accuse that we had only booked for 2 people. Not until the third time when i spoke louder that we booked for 5, the hotel staff rudely told me that “don’t raise your voice”, trying to turn the focus that the wrong doer is me because of speaking louder, but everything was legitimate despite his precious false accusation.
i felt offended and just want to state the fact above and let everybody knows what happened to me.
