Beautiful home and location
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family ( 2 adults and 4 children ranging from 4-8) had a wonderful two week stay. The house is stunning inside and outside. The main floor is very open plan with stunning views of the lake. We enioyed many beautiful sunrises.
The outdoor area suited our family really well. The kids enjoyed building sandcastles, swimming and fishing off the dock.
Kris was quick to answer any questions we had.
I would definitely recommend choosing this home for your vacation.

Best house we rented at Canadian Lakes

The house was so clean, had lots of space for a group of teen boys, and the perfect location on the lake!
Kris was a great host and easy to reach.
Thanks for a fantastic family week!

Poor information

I felt like we needed a lot more information, from where all the remotes (for the awning, ceiling fan, etc) were, as well as what was allowed. There was a ton of stuff in the garage, but we didn't know we could use it until I asked. Seems like other rentals I've been to just had a laminated list with all that information.
Lastly, my granddaughter was stung by a bee and the host told me there was some spray if I found a nest/hive. I told her I could not find one. Also, that is NOT a renters responsibility. She did send someone out after I messaged her back, but that should have been the first response.

We provided our very detailed, online, digital book prior to your stay (July 31) and it was acknowledged that it was received. Our digital book provides in depth details on our house and the surrounding area and the amenities offered at our home and in Canadian Lakes. We receive numerous compliments on the details that our digital book provides.
When advised of the bee, on a Sunday, we offered spray located in the home, for an immediate solution. I had someone on site in less than an hour (on a Sunday), to attend to the bee.
Our house was left in complete disarray (cleaner provided numerous pictures of the condition) resulting in us paying an extra $150 in cleaning charges. Our 20 five star ratings and positive comments on this app, speak for themselves. We would be happy to provide numerous references from any one who inquires on our property.

Perfect cottage rental
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family had a perfect vacation with our 4 elementary aged kids. The house is beautiful. The kitchen, living area and deck are fantastic for cooking, hanging out and enjoying the water view. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Our kids loved the bathtub Jacuzzi and the adults enjoyed the four headed shower. We spent a lot of time on the beach, swimming, Kayaking and making fires. We also enjoyed the Canadian Lakes amenities, including the beaches, two pools and fitness area. Kris and Bob are wonderful hosts and we already booked a week for 2025.

Great Stay

The guidebook was excellent to know about the property and the local area. The house was perfect, very clean and nicely updated. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and had a wonderful time exploring all the lakes. Loved our stay

Absolutely Amazing!
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe love Canadian Lakes and this lake house was absolutely amazing! First off, the house is beautiful! When we walked in it was welcoming and super clean. We had a total of 8 of us (3 adults and 5 kids) and this house had plenty of space. The kids loved having their own dock to fish from and little area to swim in every day. And, it was minutes from our favorite beach - Pines Park Beach.
Our host was amazing! She answered all my questions and was super quick to respond! We will definitely stay here again! I absolutely recommend booking this location!

Perfect place for a friends
Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayI am familiar with the Canadian Lakes community. This property was located on a nice area of the lake with quiet neighbors and well-maintained properties. The property owners did a very nice job of updating this property with all modern conveniences. We had ample space and privacy when needed throughout the stay. We were really enjoyed the fire pit and looking at the beautiful night sky filled with stars. We will definitely book this property again and looking forward to our next stay!!
