Contre : What could be improved is making sure the reservations are there that I have made through you people. As you probably understand I am very angry and s
Emplacement : I really didn't even get to stay there.
As I said above when I went to check in they did not have my reservation. I'd like to know what happened. Also the charges are still on my credit card and I bought the insurance in case I needed to cancel. I am not very happy with you or the hotel.

Horrible stay! The room was beyond filthy and literally smelled like rotten produce. The office was closed the entire weekend we were there. Amenities? Let's just saythere are none!! Quality of service- HORRIBLE!!!!! The Starbuck area is very nice!! I would definately not recommend the cedar inn at all !!!

They did not have enough towels for everyone. They only gave dry towels when we asked and very very limited it what they gave us. Came and removed our coffee maker because another room's broke. Carpet stained everywhere. We would not walk barefoot in there.

The cleaning staff were friendly, but they cleaned our room the first day and never brought us clean towels so I had to go but us some to use, I told the owner I expected a discount, but never saw them again. They weren't there when we left, so we left our key under the mat and called to leave a message we were leaving - to check in, most of our party had keys left under the mat. (We happened to catch someone in the office and checked in.) The rooms were uncomfortable and felt dirty, although they weren't. Mattresses were uncomfortable. It's too bad, since it's in a great location. Hopefully it will sell and be renovated!

needed a place close by for family reunion

Emplacement : great small town, great lake activities
Arrived, needed a new door knob, placed our bags inside, went to family's house, returned later to find key in door. Cleaned room every day except last day. After cleaning room, left the door unlocked every time. No overhead lighting, poor lighting, old TVs--not a big deal, shower was clean, outdated decor, hard and uncomfortable mattress, the sink was in the bedroom so everyone had to come into bedroom to brush teeth. Could have been better
