The room was mostly clean. I did find a few hairs in the bathroom on the sink faucet and the toilet. There is some disrepair such as rust in the tub and chipping paint on the door. Overall the room was large and otherwise clean.
I book through Travelocity so I am not giving my credit card to multiple companies when I travel. This hotel demanded a credit card on file for “incidentals” upon arrival. I dislike this Policy as it was not mentioned upfront or I would have chosen a different hotel.

I wanted to thank Kendra for her incredible support and compassion during our stay last week. Our son was assaulted by 3 other students he did not know and ended up with a broken jaw, wired shut for 3 weeks. It was a horrific experience for our family but Kendra worked with us throughout our stay to make sure we had what we needed and to extend our stay as needed depending on the state of his recovery. It was a day by day decision especially as we waited for the dining hall to work out his liquid diet to ensure he had food he was able to consume. Kendra could not have been kinder to us throughout our stay even sharing a family history with a similar event. The other desk employees were also very kind as well especially Diana. We have stayed with you many times now as my daughter is a junior at Penn State and will see you again in November for a football game. The leadership team here has clearly established an authentically caring culture which is obvious to the guests. Thank you for everything.
