Perfect place to stay with a family

Perfect for our move-in weekend
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I stayed at the guesthouse while we moved our daughter into her apartment before the beginning of her sophomore year. The house was quite spacious and comfortable. Very clean, room to sit and relax, both inside and out. We took advantage of the fire pit and enjoyed the cooler weather around the blaze. Beautiful neighborhood, huge backyard, plenty of space to relax after the work of moving. Highly recommend!

Happy Valley, Happy home!

I was dropping my daughter off to summer classes at Penn State and she was nervous about being too far from home so I decided to stay in the home for the week while she got settled. Cheryl couldn't have made the stay more pleasant. My sisters ended up joining me but the yard and front porch were wonderful for our morning coffee and afternoon glass of wine and the home was perfectly appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The beds were super comfortable and really there is nothing I can say besides, thank your the amazing stay! we will be back for sure!

Cute little landing spot

It was 15min from the field, 15min from downtown and 15min from UNCG where she will be attending next year. Perfect amount of space to stretch out in the common area. Small patio with firepit where we enjoyed the sun. We will def be staying here again. Thank you!

Great for Penn State events!

With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there's lots of flexibility...The kitchen is nice and there is also a rec room downstairs and a fire pit outside. Check-in was super-easy, and Uber rides to the campus was quick and convenient.
