Toilet had rings in it and it just didn't feel clean.

If you want a reasonably priced room during prime PSU football season then stay here. However, the hotel is very old and in disrepair so know that beforehand. It felt dirty as there were many pizza boxes, cigarettes, and trash left outside. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is in need of some major renovations. Very expensive for the condition of the property. Staff was friendly, but the hotel itself was atrocious.
