We ate down in the bar area . The gentlemen was so so kind very good man. The Pittsburgh salad was so good ! The hotel front desk and shuttle bus was very helpful and went above and beyond to get us back to the hotel. Thank you so much

Hotel changed our check-in time by email due to a football game (to around 10 PM…?). The email was sent two days before the stay. Poor customer service experience as a result.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience that late check in caused. Unfortnatley when we have 7pm kickoffs we are required to allow a large contingent of our guests to stay until 2 hours before kickoff and they all stay in double rooms so we can’t get all of our guests in. We do appreciate that this creates and unpleasant situation and we are very sorry
