Beautiful View!
Publié le 9 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Make sure to bring soap for showers (hand soap in bathrooms, but no soap in shower areas) and laundry soap if you plan on doing it.
Some nice updates have been done, but it would really be spectacular if the carpeting in the unit was replaced, as well as drapes that fit the 3rd floor bedroom.
Directions that the unit is on the opposite side of the unit would be helpful because the entrance is not seen from the road because of rocks that block the view. Also, parking for the unit is not right next to the unit, but on the other side of a separate unit.

Beds were comfy and clean kitchen was clean and had basic essentials. The only thing that was not mentioned in description was that this property had multiple levels with stairs which was difficult for my 2 year old. Other than that this property was great!

Upon the tenant’s arrival, they had some complaints about certain items having dust on them as well as certain appliances being old. Being a proactive management team, we try to be as hospitable as possible. Our cleaner went over to touch up a few items at the tenant’s request. Besides a few blinds that needed some extra dusting, the tenants began to pull away dressers from the walls to point things out, which is outrageous. As far as the appliances go, the oven works perfectly fine but has some marks on it due to old age and being in a vacation rental. These homes are privately owned, being marketed with multiple pictures to showcase what is to be expected. This one is by no means luxurious. The home has recently been going through some interior upgrades to make the tenants experience that much more enjoyable to go along with the million dollar views.
