are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.

● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required.

This space is clean and modern and the perfect home to come back to after a day on the mountain and lake. Each bedroom has its own bathroom allowing for privacy and comfort. This house is new and has all the modern conveniences. The upstairs kitchen has everything you need to cook a holiday dinner or make yourself a fresh local ground coffee in the morning.

The dining room bookends the great room and has a large farm-to-table with enough space for your entire group or family. We offer plenty of board games and a full size foosball table for the kids and family to enjoy.

Another thing that is special about this home is there are 2 living/TV areas. We love to have the kids in the downstairs family room while the grownups hang upstairs in the great room. Divide and conquer your vacation:)

A great place to cook you may want to stock up at a grocery on your way in!! You have the whole house, there are no direct neighbors. We are pet friendly. The house has in-floor heat and 2 fireplaces. so is super cozy.

Please let us know if you have family needs, we suggest bringing a toddler gate if you have little ones.

We have a 2 cameras monitoring outside of home for security and snow shoveling. We also have 1 camera inside parking garage.
