Awesome Vacation!
Publié le 8 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing time staying at 436 Barrett! It was easy to feel at home during our stay with the cozy furniture and well-stocked necessities. There was plenty of space for our entire group to feel comfortable, and the kitchen had all the basics which made cooking really easy. We loved enjoying the hot tub at night and making a fire in the woodstove. There were also tons of activities to keep us occupied, our favorites being the pool table, board games, and exploring the forest. It was also super easy to enjoy the nearby hiking trails. We loved the view from the top of Castle Rock!!

Awesome Space for a Getaway!
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis nice home was nestled in the hills near Lake Tahoe. It had enough room to fit our large family(10+). The house had a great vibe. The place was clean and well kept. There were rooms and beds enough for everyone. The bathrooms were nice. The pool table and Spa were great. This house was exactly what we were looking for. The communication between us and the PM was clear and fast. Great instructions and expectations were provided. I would give this a strong 5 Stars and I recommend this highly.

Not as advertised

436 Barrett has always been advertised as a 4 bedroom home.
The hot tub was at 104 degrees during your entire stay. You found that the control panel did not enable you to change the temperature or turn on the jets, and you told me that on the 2nd day of your stay, which was a Saturday. I ordered a new control panel and installed it when it arrived 2 days after your stay, on Wednesday. No faster remedy existed. Now the temperature can be adjusted and the jets can be turned on.

Family quick get away in Tahoe

Had a fantastic weekend. Thank you

Winter wonderland
Publié le 12 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was well appointed with plenty of dishes and towels. Vince checked in on us and was very responsive. It snowed while we were there so we had an indoor relaxing and outdoor play in the snow day. Overall an incredible home located close to the Nevada side of heavenly. our snowboarders and skiers enjoyed the slopes and our lounge by the fire people enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was great for our big group (we had 12).

Wonderful mountain get away

Great launching point for hiking and the Lake
Publié le 20 août 2023 sur HomeAwayReally enjoyed the stay. 2 blocks from the Tahoe Rim Trailhead and access to Castle Rock. Fully equipped kitchen. Great pool table. Nice deck and hottub. Easy access and departure.
