Beautiful, clean, comfortable
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home was exactly as described and was spotless when we arrived. The space had everything you needed and was very comfortable to hangout in and enjoy. Plus the host was great and the check in process was super smooth and easy.
Everything about the stay here was extremely positive, we loved the location and being so close to the beaches and shopping, loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, and loved how comfortable the home was. Fully plan on visiting here again and absolutely recommend it.

Perfect for overnight stay
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayFive of us needed a place to stay after a birthday party at Edgewood Resort. This was just a few minutes up the road and super easy to find and get into. Parking was available in the garage and driveway. Everything was immaculately clean. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked as though there was everything you would need to cook minus a place to store your non refrigerated food. There were no coffee pods for the Keurig so you'll want to bring your own. The loft is a great use of space, but it is High! You'll need to have someone who is not afraid of heights or steep ladders stay up there. Overall, our stay was comfortable and convenient and we would recommend this place.

Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place. It was 97 degrees out and the fans sort of helped. I didn’t realize there was no A/C. If it wasn’t so hot it would have been more enjoyable. That said, it’s a great set up.

Excellent, clean property with lots of space for a group

Great accommodations for people & pets

The townhome was very clean upon arrival and the owner very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Plenty of open area to walk your dogs as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The units are always professionally cleaned. Based on the photos this guest sent me with her complaint it was dirty, she has swept up all the dust in the unit and send me a photo of the small pile. If you read all my other reviews, every other guest has enjoyed their stay and found my unit to be clean and very comfortable. After she stayed here for all the nights of her booking she then threatened to report me to VRBO, threatened to “ruin me” on reviews… unless I agreed to give her a full refund for her entire stay. She was clearly trying to swindle a free stay out of me by threatening me and scare tactics. I am
A great host, I go over and beyond to make my guests comfortable and help them enjoy their stay. I did everything I could to try and meet this guest’s demands but every time I tried to offer a second cleaning for her claimed “dirtiness” she never made it possible for my cleaners to arrive. Then she contacts me after her stay to “negotiate a refund” while threatening to destroy my “business” if I don’t comply. This is evil, unethical, and just wrong!

Stunning conveniently located condo
