Needs some TLC

I was running an ultramarathon and excited to have a warm place to sleep, but this place freaked me out. One of the locks on my door didn't work, there were little bugs, and the shower looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The bed was comfortable and I actually slept well, but this place needs some upkeep.

Online pictures are very deceiving! The pool has not been maintained in who knows how long, it is green and has long grass growing around the edges. The rooms are outdated, again not as shown in pictures. The rooms have dial up microwaves, the curtains are torn, the floors are absolutely disgusting (my clean feet turn black walking across them), the tub has stains and is a light black / gray on the floor of the tub. Absolutely disgusting, would rate negative if I could!

Good value. Very friendly and efficient check-in staff. Older hotel but room was clean and well accommodated. Limited amenities, but for the price that was ok. Excellent location.

Hotel room was cleaned & smelled clean. However, the little flying roaches came out at night. No breakfast. Pool was green & not in use- none of which was stated when booking. Staff was very friendly. Hotel needs some major upgrades.

I apologize but due to Covid-19, delievery shortages/delays have forced us to close our pool and breakfast. We appreciate your feedback. Feed back allows us to improve our customer service thus improving our customer satisfaction.

They used the "Covid" excuse to not provide the breakfast that was listed on their site as included. (one of the reasons we chose the hotel.) No one answered the phone after countless calls to see if we could check in late from a long flight delay. Had to submit a message thru the Expedia site but no one contacted us. Sketchy area - very run down.
