My stay at extended Stay Plus Stay Suites was exceptional! The service was top-notch, the room was luxurious, and the amenities were fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable experience.

Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HotelsAbsolutely horrible experience. No one works the front desk between the hours of 8pm and 9am. ROACHES..ROACHES..ROACHES EVERYWHERE IN EVERY ROOM. Roaches in first room moved to another room more roaches. Friends had roaches in there room and i aint talking 1 roach lots of them. Bought my own roach spray for the room. Would of changed hotels but didnt have time with my schedule. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Roaches! Phone didn't work, refrigerator didn't work, coffee pot didn't work, TV didn't work well. Need I say more?

Nice clean atmosphere friendly staff my go to place when I visit home. I love the kitchenette hoem away from home

Worst night ever at a hotel
Publié le 9 mai 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived at the hotel late after a long drive and walked into our room. The floors were sticky and not clean along with the bathroom not having any soap or shampoo. The air conditioner didn’t work well so the room was very stuffy and humid. The pillows were like laying on bricks. I would never come here again.

The doors close at 9:00 & there is not staff all night or early in the morning. There was no closet or any hangers in the room. There was no coffee pot in the room. I never found a vending or ice machine. There was only 1 very small garbage can. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. There was no hair dryer. There was only 1 tiny bar of soap. No dining there whatsoever. I would not recommend staying there.

We stayed one night. The room was clean and the staff were extremely helpful.
