Primary issue was mold in the bathroom (ceiling/shower). It was conveniently close to the interstate.

This place was a hell hole!!! Would never recommend this place to anyone!! I wanted our money back and they would not do it! Disgusting place

This review is very sad to read and we apologize for failing to meet this guest expectations. Our hotel receives cleanliness' inspections from Choice, Health Department and AAA and receive exceptional cleaning reports. AAA does swab test of several high touch surfaces and the hotel passes all those. We are an older property and at nearing end of life of last renovation and schedule to receive another update shortly to refresh the entire property with a fresh new look.

The hotel has cockroaches the bathroom as alot of mohoo, they did have laundry on service at all and i couldn't use the pool because they give alot of different excuses and they did not let me used it.

Having a year around pool requires occasional closures to perform maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Depending on the nature of the work that is performed, this also requires a local government inspection prior to reopening to meet all local and state laws that governs operating a swimming pool. The hotel receives regular commercial pest treatments and we share our guest concerns with them so they may ensure the hotel and it's guest are receiving the level of service to meet expectations.
