Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. There was an odor in the hallways and the room, not sure if it was the cleaning products or what. Not horrible but definitely noticeable. Bed was comfortable. We booked this hotel for the pool but the pool was not even in operation so that was disappointing.

The front entrance smelled of cigarette smoke and old ashes as you enter the building. Employee was sitting outside the entrance door smoking. The pool was closed, and that’s the only reason I booked this hotel. Water damaged ceilings. Hallways smelled dirty; unkept.
Bathrooms had mold and mildew.

Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsFriendly staff and a very comfortable bed to sleep in, but the bed was far too high for my wife to climb into (she’s 5’3”), and the left side of the bed was terribly squeaky. The toilet was wobbly and way too low; it felt like it was designed for a kindergarten classroom! The shower was lovely and allowed for a nice temperature range and strong water pressure! The elevator was rickety and a little dirty and the 2nd floor hallway smelled of marijuana smoke. The breakfast area and food selection were quite nice - your standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast choices. Overall, an “okay” stay, but not what we normally expect from a Holiday Inn Express.
