"Love this place! Yes its showing its age…the original hotel at HV, but so much rustic charm. We had a ground floor room with patio overlooking the golf course and some ski runs. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel at HV, this is it! The main lobby is outstanding…customer service over the top friendly! I will be back!! "

"Condo was clean and nicely appointed. Great location just across the road from lift access. We also enjoyed the deck and direct view of the slopes. We have six people in our family and had plenty of space so everyone was comfortable. We definitely would consider staying here again."

"I stayed here with two couples and we had a great time. It was clean, well stocked, and had a cozy living room with lots of couch space. We loved that we could see the slopes from the window. It was close enough to walk to the main lodge (not in ski boots though!). "

"Great spot for a ski weekend. Condo was large and has everything you need. Inderground parking with ski storage amd walk out to slopes. Heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Helpful staff. "

"Family of four stayed in this beautiful condo. It is directly across the street from chairlift next to Inn at Holiday Valley. Super easy access. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked for making meals. Grocery store within a mile along with great restaurants in Ellicottville. Would definitely stay here again!"
