Perfect Location
Publié le 29 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was just right for us! Comfortable space stoked with everything we needed. The best part was the location. Just two blocks from downtown. It was so nice to be able to walk to great restaurants and stores. We enjoyed renting mountain bikes from Wheels (best access to the Yampa river trail).

downtown apartment in Steamboat Springs
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayVery convenient for walking around I Steamboat. The apartment is very nicely re-done on the inside with very good use made of a smaller place. Furnishings were nice and dry comfortable. the kitchen was clean. modern and well-stocked. Couch is very comfortable, as was the bed. There are nice sturdy shelves all around the apartment. They were great for holding all the incidentals for travel and keeping items organized. The outside of the building is a bit rough-looking but, don't let that warn you off the place. We really enjoyed it. Safe and secure feeling.

The kitchen is big and well equipped. The living area and bedroom were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Steamboat.

sweet little apartment

There was leftover wash clothes and dish’s in dishwasher from previous guests. Cleanliness of unit?

Great location and setup
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayCame here with my wife and 2 year old to snowboard at Steamboat. Location was perfect. Two blocks from the main Street as well as the free shuttle to the mountain.
Place was clean and quaint. Worked perfect for us. Had little issue with the toilet and owner had it addressed quickly. Would absolutely recommend this place for folks to stay.
