“Exceptional” Townhome in the heart of downtown on a quiet street overlooking the Yampa River and Huge Mountain Park. This is the best townhome/condo unit in downtown. (Book the unit and you’ll return). Our unit is quiet, and you get a great view of the river. A short 2 blocks to the downtown bar action. Our unit is top drawer and the size (square footage) and amenities are accurately described unlike some of our competitors.

Private one car heated garage and additional surface parking for a second car. Store your gear and bikes in the private garage.

Top notch condo with exceptional furnishings and bedding, soaps, linens etc... As owners who love to travel with their own children and pets we want to offer great value to families. There is no better location to truly experience Steamboat like a local (not just a tourist), then from this location!

Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall you can have it all! Waterside Village, a mixed use building, is conveniently located in downtown Steamboat Springs on Yampa Street. This beautiful, townhome is situated directly across from the river and famous Howelsen Hill on the quite side of downtown.

The stunning library is a 1 block away and a stroll through the park or swim in the Yampa river. Waterside Village Day Spa, where you can pamper yourself, is located in Waterside Village. Art galleries and local museums are a short walk away. The newly renovated Old Town Hot Spring pool and gym is about 6 blocks away. You can walk to the downtown Chief Theater to see some local talent. And of course there are fabulous restaurants at all price levels all within walking distance.
Fish in the Yampa River in the spring and fall right across the street!

During the summer you can watch folks raft, kayak, tube and fish the Yampa River from the deck, or walk 400 yards to the famous “C” hole and watch kayakers perform tricks. At low water the “C” hole is a wonderful place to sunbathe and swim (remember to practice good river ethics). Throw open the windows of the Master Bedroom and listen to the roar of the river at High Water. You can join the bike and walking path that runs along the river for miles without having to ride through traffic. If you are playing a baseball game at Howelsen Hill you can cross the bridge 2 blocks away and be at your game. The rodeo, Weekend Farmers Markets, many great Summer Festivals and free concerts are within walking distance.

In the winter you can view the Lighted Man during Winter Carnival or watch Olympic Ski Jumpers train on the newest jumps from the great room and deck. If you are here to ski the Free local bus is a short ½ block walk and a 15 minute ride to the Stbt ski resort slopes; faster then driving and parking yourself.. When you are finished skiing and enjoying the mountain you can easily and safely enjoy downtown Steamboat with its live music, great food, fun shops and friendly, lively atmosphere.

Of course you can just hang out around the cozy fireplace and watch one of the four flat panel smart TV's, or play some games.

No need to worry about parking because we have a private garage! This is a fabulous location to explore all that Steamboat Springs has to offer without worrying about driving and parking.

This is BEAUTIFUL condo, delightfully furnished with an eclectic, contemporary, warm feel. Highlights include:
• Over 1750 sq feet, 2 levels inside.
• High end finishes. Granite countertops and walnut wood floors.
• The Main floor is an open living concept. Everyone can be part of the action!
• All of the furnishings are like new including the linens. Soaps are all included.
• Gourmet, well stocked kitchen has solid granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Basic spices, soap, paper towels and other helpful items are provided.
• Gas fireplace, TV, books and games are located in the large living room with views of Howelsen Hill.
• All bedrooms located upstairs.
• Very Large Master Bedroom overlooks river. The attached master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub. King Bed.
• Large Secondary Bedroom with a Pillow top Queen Bed. The room is large enough for an air bed if you desire to sleep 9.3rd Bedroom has Queen bed and a twin.

Perfect VRBO experience!
This is by far the loveliest VRBO in Steamboat and five stars simply aren't enough! I booked this as a weekend getaway to see my boys at CMC, and after just one night, this became more like a home away from home instead of a landing spot. I wish I had weeks if not months to stay here! I found myself wishing for more time just to enjoy being in this welcoming home, with quality craftsmanship and beautifully appointed furnishings and artwork throughout. Everything is perfectly curated and the location could not have been better, in the heart of it all, yet nestled along the river, just a quiet block away from all of the main street activities. Every morning we enjoyed running along the river trail right across the street, coffee in the living room by the fire. and fresh cinnamon rolls and local farmer's produce at the Yampa Valley market just steps away from the front door. A yoga studio is right around the corner and fabulous restaurants all within walking distance. The hosts were so gracious and accommodating throughout our stay. This will always be my top choice to book on any return trip!

Great location! Comfortable and well furnished.
We spent a week here with our 7 and 8 year olds. The location is walkable to everything downtown and the trail on the river. Home is clean, beds are comfortable, parking is easy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need! There can be a bit of street noise (as expected downtown) when you’re sleeping with the windows open but it ends early. Would definitely stay here again!

Location and Balcony Cannot Be Beat!
The location of the place is just awesome. We booked it solely for the balcony, and it did not disappoint. We’ve stayed at other places on Yampa, and they can get a bit noisy at night. This place being on 11th makes it a bit quieter. Awesome finishes, high end furnishings, and 1 block to Creekside Grill! Will definitely stay again.

Great property
We stay in Steamboat every other summer and this was my favorite property so far. The AC worked great (which is really important for Texans coming in july. We also appreciated how many stand fans they had available. Everything besides food is included (and r had more than enough toilet paper, paper towels, blankets, pillows … Everyplace we like to eat is within walking distance. We will absolutely stay here again. We own a rental property in Cabo and I would recommend this place hands down. Thank you for hosting us.

Stayed for a week with 5 members of my family. Great location right across from the river. Short walk to town for dining or shopping. Love Steamboat!
I frequently visit & love Steamboat….Initially we had some issues with the keyless entry being non operational. There was a lockbox (cumbersome for our elders)that we had to use to ensure all parties had access to freely come and go from the unit. Then finding the parking passes was our next challenge. Once all that was figured out then we were visited by maintenance (the next day) needing to do some measurements. Ugh! The rest of the time went well. It’s a spacious unit.

Beautiful condo in a gorgeous location
We had a perfect vacation in Steamboat because of the excellent location and amenities provided by Steve's home. The layout was amazing, waking up to mountain views, and walking to dinner every night. We had a car, and it was easy to park, which is rare in Steamboat, but there are free shuttles everywhere so you could stay and forgo the rental car if you wanted. We will definitely be returning to stay here!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful visit over the Christmas and New Year holiday. The townhouse is first rate and the layout really worked for our group of six. We were able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants, and the express bus to the gondola is a half-block away. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful time in Steamboat with the Fall colors
Our group of 4 acults enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Steamboat Springs. The accommodations lived up to our highest expectations and we would definitely book there again. You can tell that this property is well cared for and very well maintained by the owner. It has everything you need - a well stocked kitchen, beautiful appointments throughout the house and spacious bathrooms. We did not spend much time at the condo, however, the space has a layout very conducive to entertaining a group of friends for drinks or dinner. Steve responded quickly to our questions. We can recommend this condo without hesitation.

Great Property
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. Close to downtown and right on the river. We were in town for a wedding, but built in lots of free time for other activities. It was so nice to be able to gear up for fly fishing right in the place, then walk across the street to the river. Plenty of room for entertaining. I suppose for a skiing vacation some might prefer being up on the mountain, but we like being in town.

This is the second time we stay and loved it even more than the last. The location is perfect, we walk everywhere. It was clean, spacious and so peaceful. Very nice property in convenient downtown location
This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this waterside property but the first time during the summer. The condo has a large sectional for hanging out and watching tv or puzzling and the patio was especially nice in the cool mornings. One of my favorite things about this place is the well-equipped kitchen. Clean, super convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants and the river is right across the street.
