Yes, our koi cottage is one bedroom with a futon in the sunroom. If you are wanting more private bedrooms, our Ellen’s log cabin has 3 bedrooms.

Charming cabin with a mouse problem
Publié le 17 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayCharming cabin perfect for hot tubbing and bird watching. Big mouse problem with droppings all throughout the house. We had to dispose of a dead one in the living room.

We had the cottage treated for bugs and mice in late October. There are a couple bait traps for mice. Unfortunately, you saw the results of that bait. The bait our exterminator uses is no danger to other animals.
This time of year the mice are trying to get in for the winter and a house in the country, it can be a battle. We are proactive on the issue.

Peaceful
Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a beautiful property! Very relaxing which is exactly what we needed! Enjoyed feeding the koi and watching the frogs in the small pond. The firm bed was perfect for my bad back. Secluded peaceful spot,yet close enough to get supplies and sightseeing. We enjoyed the gravel bar and the river. The hot tub was wonderful! We will definitely be planning a return visit!

Gill Ridge Cabins
Publié le 16 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe wife and I have made three trips to the area and have stayed at Gill Ridge. Twice at Koi Pond and once at Ellens cabin. The properties are always clean and stocked with plenty of towels, bedding and kitchen cookware.
Lots of firewood for the fire pit and grills for outside cooking. Nothing beats laying in your hot tub aftef dark under the stars!
Plenty of places to eat in the area and things to do for all ages. We will be back again for our next weekend get away.
