We had a wonderful time in this cute cottage. It had everything you needed. The beds were so comfortable and it was vert clean. Loved sitting out side on the pourch and was in walking distance of the fire pit. Definitely will be back.

Bedrooms were spacious. bathrooms were dated but plenty of towels and toilet paper. Bring your own soaps, just watered down dollar store soap was supplied. Kitchen appliances countertop and sink were newercabinets a bit older and cluttered. Bring your own kitchen towels, didnt see any. Overall great place to stay. This is our 5th visit to Steinhatchee Landing and we'll be back!

Absolutely Charming
Nestled beneath a canopy of trees, this property is ideally located and beautifully maintained. Both the front and back porches are great places to unwind and immerse yourself in nature or conversation with friends and family. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The owners, Doug and Lauren, are very responsive should you have any questions. They are super hosts! We make annual treks to Steinhatchee Landing Resort for fishing and to spend time with family. You can’t go wrong with this charming house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Peach House. It rained hard one evening, so we sat on the porch and had a glass of wine and listened to the rain. So peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. Love the custom built headboards with built in charging stations. WiFi reception was excellent. Check in process was a breeze. Thank you.

The house is centrally located in the resort, easy to walk to the docks, pool, and other amenities. The resort is lovely and very well maintained, as well. Spring Break March 2022
We LOVED staying at the Peach House. My son keeps asking when we are going back and if we can buy the house. We traveled as a family with 2 kids(ages 7 & 9). The size of the house is perfect. My kids made themselves right away, by finding the games and the Minecraft sleeping bag in the front room. We enjoyed the swings on the back and front of the house, but our favorite was the screened in porch with the 1 person swing. We LOVED how quiet the area was. My kids would go and visit the animals throughout the day. We were sad, that we could not go in and pet them, since there were previous guests that were not nice to the animals :(. We played tennis, ping-pong, scuffle board and went swimming). The water was a little chilly, therefore we only went once on a 80+ degree day. We rented a golf cart and it was a nice way to get to know the small community of Steinhatchee. We had a few issues with the refrigerator and dishwasher and we contacted the owner and they were on it right away. I have a good feeling the new guests will have a new refrigerator when they arrive, although the other one was in excellent shape, except it stopped working 1 day before we were leaving, but the owner was very nice and credited our account. That was the only issue we experienced while we stayed at the Peach House and it was taken care of right away. The beds were okay. The master bed had a 6 inch foam on it and we had to remove it to sleep, because it was not very comfortable for us. They had LOTS of pillows galore, but not many bath towels, so if you go through a lot, you will need to do wash or bring extras. The last issue we experienced which was no control of anyone was the "gnats". They bite and you don't feel it until it shows up on your skin. We had ours for over 1 week. Overall, would we stay again there? You bet. We loved it as well as our kids. It was peaceful, relaxing and a really nice house that the pictures do not due it justice.

Such a gem!!
This home (and the community that it's located in) exceeded our expectations! Everything was extremely clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Host was very friendly and responsive. We loved the fact that the boat dock was such a short walk from our front door, and really enjoyed the goats and bunnies that we were able to pet along the way! We look forward to renting again next year!
