Bathroom ceiling had holes in, AC didn’t work, carpet was sticky, and there were dead crickets under the night stand. Disgusting and hot.

The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. The maintenance that cane to fix something next door was noisy.

Carpeting in hallways had moldy smell. Hot tub was not working and had not been working; told would not be repaired till planned redo of entire hotel completed. We booked because we wanted to enjoy the hot tub!

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times over the years and it continues to decline. This trip we asked to change rooms due to mold and mildew in the shower. The grounds around the hotel were horrible. Weeds were over 5 feet tall and did appear to have been cut or mowed in months...if there were not cars outside it would appear to be abandoned. The front door to the lobby apparently would not close because it remained open the entire trip. Will most likely not stay at this Hampton in the future which is a shame since it is close to our familty.

A little unckear on accommodations
