Leaky door in room, you can tell this was a motel before being "renovated". Acceptable for a short business trip.

Room was ok. Beds and bathroom were clean. The little dining table, oddly crammed into the room, had dried evidence of young children having dined there at some point. Also, I specifically reserved and paid for a king size bed, but there were none when we checked in, so we were assigned a room with two double beds. If you arrive very late, there are no options for dining or drinking.

I stayed one night only. Receptionists need to have smile on their faces. Seems either overworked or no professionalism amazingly both shift people act same. Their main question was that if I am leaving by 12 or not. I was given the elderly standing shower room without asking or notifying me. Water was coming out of shower area and flooding the bath room floor. I think they know but don’t want to improve. Breakfast is ok, meeting industry standards. Property is not close to restaurants. One restaurant is in another hotel lobby and food was pricey. Good beds and sheet. No bugs or stain I noted. They should consider giving one water bottle at arrival. Lobby coffee is not monitored. Coffee was cold around 6 pm. Not made a new pot even I notified it. Libby bathroom was clean. There is a sign for ugliness of the property but seems ok to stay. I did not see any safety issue as I walked around 9:00 pm or later. No tobacco or marijuana smell in lobby or around. They do not have shuttle service to DCA.

Hotel is older and not what I was expecting. All rooms are accessible from the outside. Room smelled of cigarette smoke but was otherwise clean. Furnishings were older but in generally good repair. Hotel is in what appears to be an industrial area but seemed quiet and relatively safe. Exterior is poorly lit and I would not feel safe visiting alone.
