We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience that you have gone through during your stay with us. We pride ourselves in taking care of guests, and unfortunately, we dropped the ball and failed to deliver. We are in the process of renovating our exterior property and we totally understand your dissatisfaction and we completely understand that we should have informed you upon check in. We are sorry once again for the all the disturbance that you had gone through during your stay.We hope that you will give us another chance to serve you and provide superior service and we will have brand new exterior property when you visit us again.
