The best things about staying at this property were the nice staff and the shuttle. We were able to get a ride on the shuttle to Dulles twice so we could get the Metro down to the mall. The shuttle also came to pick us up upon our return on the Metro. You do have to be at Dulles in 2G and walk to the Metro station but it was still very convenient and signage is great.

Normally my first pick and favorite place to stay, however this time the room was not so great. AC was blasting freezing cold air which is good, but unless you left it on nonstop (which lead to room getting too cold) it would be extremely hot in room … so basically had choice of too hot or too cold. Shower had same issue, warm didn’t seem to exist for some reason. Spent 20+ minutes trying to adjust temperature of shower and could only have choice of burning hot or cold, they would not mix no matter what we did (yes we had it in middle and tried every adjustment possible). TV was not working properly but new maintenance man was on it and very apologetic as he fixed it, he unfortunately wasn’t trained properly to know all he needed to know so had to wait for additional help before it could be fixed. No blame to maintenance man at all as he was sweet and amazing, he did all he could as fast as he could but still took over hour to fix as other guy had to arrive from home to help. Hoping it was just this one room and issues this one time, as normally we enjoy our stay here.
