The facility seemed worn down. The lighting in the room was dim.

Dear Karin,Thank you for the feedback. You are correct that the facility's interior is dated. We do have schedule an interior renovation this winter. We do our best to keep the facility as clean as possible and in good shape but it is time for a renovation. We would love to have you back again especially after the renovation is complete
