Do not stay!!!

I found a bedbug on my pillow when I woke up and the door didn’t lock securely and there was no little chain lock. Staff was friendly and had lots of security cameras but I felt very anxious about the door. It is also a motel not a hotel

Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HotelsWell apparently these chains aren’t kept at the the highest standards. The toilet kept running every time you flushed. Not sure if the toilet was really cleaned because when you put the lid up and down, there was crud behind it. The cover was off the air conditioner when I came in and when I went to put it back on, it was extremely dusty and dirty. Was actually waiting for roaches to come out. Not a very clean place, lots of broken windows, needs some severe help.

Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsLooks from the outside are not the best however the room was clean and functional. Not a bad stay, nothing to stand out though. No real Breakfast, they just put out some waffles in a plastic togo container, some fruit maybe cereal. Check in and out was easy.

Most unfriendly staff I have ever met. We tried to check in after a long drive from Illinois and the employee took forever to come to the front desk, and when he did so, he tried to speak to me without lifting the curtain separating us. Neither one of us could see each other and it was very uncomfortable. He eventually lifted the curtain, took my card and ID, and then informed me that he could not give me the room as I "was not old enough", even though the website specifically states 18 and older, (I am 20). He told me that this was a state-wide law, which is also incorrect, as I have booked hotels several times previously with no issues. Afterward, my friend and I left and were forced to drive four more hours home throughout the entirety of the night and part of the morning. Would absolutely not recommend.
