Worst hotel stay ever.

The air conditioner in our room did not keep the room cool at all. It was ridiculous. My room wasn’t the only because I asked other people who stayed there. When downstairs in the morning I heard probably 10 people complaining about their rooms being hot as well. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and would pinch your feet. The bathroom door had splatters on it. Just awful.

Hallway carpets and elevator were disgusting rooms were decent. Pool was shut down

Location was good, facilities were clean and neat. Room was clean. TV signal didn't work. Contacted front desk but wasn't corrected, no other rooms available. Asked for discount on room but was told manager had to approve that. Asked for it to be forwarded to manager.

Only reason I picked this hotel was it said it had a pool ......... No water in the pool 100 degrees day

Day one, I checked in and there was no TV remote, had to be moved to another room after unpacking. Day 2, left room at 1pm Sunday with no room service. Came back that night with no room service. I informed manager, she said that the housekeeping staff called in so there was no room service. I assume all rooms were not cleaned that day. Very upsetting for the reputation this hotel chain has. My bed not fixed, dirty towels on floor, no clean towels & trash was building up. Thank you
