Incredible friendly staff, awesome cleaning service , close to everything. 24h reception great price . I recommend to everyone!

Very disappointing

Disappointing! Not up to a 4 star hotel. Long waiting times at reception, breakfast and even to get a lift. Corridors are warned out. Only 8 old bikes, not maintained (check break and chain!). Umbrellas to be rented !! Not client oriented at all! Breakfast poor and tasteless (American jars of coffee, scrambled eggs made of powder eggs). We do not recommend.

Regarding the waiting lines, we are sorry to hear that it took you long to check in. Sometimes a lot of people happen to check in at the same time, and we do our best to be as effective and quick meanwhile providing personal service for all our guests. Regarding the bikes, we do check them regularly to make sure everything is in order. Due to the popularity of the bikes and their frequent use, it is hard to know if they need any extra attention between check ups. However, we value the status of the bikes and any eventual issue is solved by our skilled maintenance team. We are sad to hear that you did not enjoy our breakfast. Hopefully you appreciated our other alternatives at the breakfast buffet. Thank you again for the valuable feedback. We hope your stay in Stockholm was nice despite your bad experience within certain matters. Best regards,
