Great for Short Stay
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayCabin is part of a duplex and great for a short-term stay for 2. Little outdated but it's nice, clean and stocked for cooking. Large microwave. It is in a quiet subdivision and not far from Stockton Lake. Also, Pomme de Terre about 35-40 minutes away. There is construction going on across from cabin. Short road leading to driveway rather ricky.

Comfortable and adequate

The one thing is lighting in the cabin. It would be helpful to have a lamp in the livingroome and one in the bedrooms. I like a more cozy feel. Also needed lightbulbs replaced. Ither than that it was great!

Pros and Cons

The property was clean other than a pair of someone else's underwear we found on the floor at the foot of the bed. The bedding was not super comfortable - but this was described as a rustic cabin by the lake, and that it is.

Not set up for boat parking

A neighbor across the street would not allow us to park on their property next to the road due to where we had to get permission from a neighboring property to park a boat other than that place was awesome would love to stay there if they would take out that little rock garden next to the north side of the property would be adequate boat parking and would love to stay there again.

Cozy cabin for two
