Très bon accueil, personnel très professionel très bon restaurant isolation de la chambre déplorable, on entends tous les bruits de la chambre d'à coté lit pas confortable

Started by issuing us with the wrong room (not enough beds) then no towels. Everything appeared very dated and in need of some TLC. The bathroom extractor wasn’t working so there was water running down the walls after a shower (probably why the door and frame were delaminating). The pool had dirty tiles around the outside walls and many of the ceilings around the place were sagging and split. The evening staff were very slow with everything and had to go find them to be served a drink. Unfortunately - we also woke up in the night to hear scurrying in to roof! The young lady on reception appeared mortified when I told her to be fair. That said - the breakfast was very good! The place has potential to be very nice, but unfortunately not whilst we were there.

I have stayed here on a number of occasions and normally no issues. Unfortunately during this visit I had two sleepless nights. There was questionable loud rumbling during both nights in the ceiling above my bed, however, when discussed with reception I was informed as there was a flat roof above my room it's was more than likely birds (trees also around the area) and due to the hotel being full they were unable to change my room. The sound really seemed to be coming from the plasterboard ceiling.

Room 166 is next to a staff room with a non soft close door, you are able to hear everything going on all night and the door slams every time someone enters or leaves! The window opens out onto a smoking area so the room stinks and you’re unable to get any fresh air in the room. It’s awfully pokey and the bathroom was falling apart. At breakfast you arrive and may have to wait for a table to become free as it is a very small service. They took my order and I waited half an hour watching everyone else get their food before I asked where mine was and they had forgot to put the order through. I waited another 10 minutes and then was late for our meeting.

Spa is amazing! Rooms are clean! Staff are very attentive. Spa is beautiful although could do with a little touch up in the steam room cracked tiles where you sit) but an amazing day/night.
