Hotel was fine, but did not get a wink of sleep as the room was freezing hence no sleep! The aircon unit was set at it’s highest but still did not warm up

Most enjoyable. All the staff were friendly, especially Stephanie and Laura who couldn't do enough for us, they went over and above our expectations. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Becca took time to make sure we were okay and talked to us making us feel very welcome. THANKYOU.

Room was freezing. The heating didn't work. The reception did get a plug in heater, which was hot to touch. Also meant we only had one plug to use to charge 3 people's devices. Overall an ok hotel

The breafast is good value, the pancake machine is a nice feature. The biggest thing that made the stay so good though is the staff's customer service, it is unusual to find this level of helpfulness and friendliness these days.
