Publié le 30 nov. 2022 sur HotelsAt first entry the property absolutely reaked of stale spices, I assumed somebody had just cooked but the smell remained until I left. My room at the front of the house was fine. A little bit dirty in places.
The real nightmare was the bathroom. After walking through the kitchen which was dirty, full of dirty dishes, unswept/mopped for weeks and lacking supplies, I found 2 full binbags inside by the back door and then went to the bathroom. It was filthy. The bath with weeks worth or black hair lining the bottom and filling the plug hole, also had thick yellow grime all over it. Everything was dirty and there was no toilet paper. I was promised a cleaning crew and I told them I'd leave and expect a refund if they didn't come. After a couple of days being promsied a clean that never came I finally left. I have continuously attemtped to chase a refund or at least partial refund and they refuse to reply to the complaint. Hotels.com have failed me in that they will no help me escalate the conplaint. The hosts have gotten away with keeping my money and not provided a safe and clean place to stay. I spent lots of money staying elsewhere last minute. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have pictures for evidence but the upload isn't working.
