I am a full time wheelchair user and I was very disappointed to discover that the hotel was not equipped for a disabled person. The doors were narrow and I had to access the upstairs room by going through the kitchen. There were also no accessible toilet facilities upstairs. I was very much looking forward to using the pool during my stay but was unable to as there were no disabled facilities available at all. No pool hoist and no disabled changing facilities which totally excludes guests with physical disabilities. I was very disappointed that i could not utilise these facilities that are available for everyone else to use
This was also the first “accessible room” I have ever stayed in which did not have any handrails to hold onto to transfer to use the toilet. I am very disappointed that this hotel does not meet the requirements for guests with physical disabilities

Josh was very understanding as i had someone who couldnt use stairs for long but was helped. Josh also offered to help with our suitcase but we had it sorted, however the gesture was definitely appreciated, Josh definitely has a great hospitality attitude, also Josh is very patient, not once was a face pulled :)
Cant fail to mention (i think) the name is Angela, well dressed, i hope Angella is FOHM, definitely handles self with grace. The 2 wre kind and professional. As a hotel manager i think they handled themselves very well.

We opted to have breakfast which was good however there was no herbal tea at breakfast despite there being some in the room and there was no dairy free alternatives for milk for tea and coffee or dairy free yoghurt so I didn’t have a hot drink at breakfast. The bathroom has shower gel, hand soap, hand cream and a shampoo and conditioner 2 in 1 and towels provided.

We enjoyed the pool which is a good size and everything was spotlessly clean. Dinner was excellent and we definitely recommend this hotel.
