We've stayed here a number of times. The location is very convenient for RI beaches sand Mystic. The new owners have redone most of the rooms. The place is very clean, the air conditioning works, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is very kind. It is not luxurious, but it suits our needs very well. Our room did not smell of smoke, as another reviewer reported. That reviewer could have just requested a different room instead of going ballistic. Overall, it's a quiet, clean, safe, convenient place to stay.

The building was old and needed an upgrade. The rooms were not as they were depicted on your website. This just may be a case of you get what you pay for?

Pamela,thanks for feedback and thanks for staying with us , we had done renovation of all these rooms in July of 2024 , we had assigned you one of these newly renovated rooms , why are you making our newly renovated rooms look bad from your review ! you fit for Bates Motel ! next time book at Bates motel!

Basic Accomodation with Five-Star Service

Small room with bed cover that was a bit frayed. However, the excellent customer service and complete affordability made this motel an excellent choice!
