Good for one night

We came for the pool, but it was out of order and that was a bummer, but we understand these things happen. The beds and room were comfortable. Breakfast had decent options.

Pool, elevator and ice machine out of order. Towels were not nice and soft and actually grey when they are supposed to be white. Bathtub also dripped. Sorry Hampton, but this property needs help.

One of the elevators was out of service causing longer than desired waits. Pool was also closed and no explanation of why. The pool was one of the reasons I booked room there. Also not a fan of the curtains not closing completely ocross the window, leaving some extra unwanted light in. Was disappointed for those reasons.
