Chambre correcte, sans plus… matelas trop mou, très mal insonorisé L’air climatisé fait du bruit sans bons sens… Le petit déjeuner, fait vraiment pitié

The room was advertised as a King Deluxe with a sitting area, the priciest room in the lodge. The room did not look what was on Expedia. I mentioned this to the manager and she blamed the fact that we booked on Expedia, whom she claimed uses misleading images. I strongly disagree. I asked to be switched to another room. She said we had the best option. The sitting area was very tiny, perhaps a small child could sit on the petit bench. We used it to charge our phones. In the photos, there is a couch... adult size. There was no closet to store our luggage or clothes. There was a hot tub outside our room, used by loud families and unsupervised children night and day. Therefore, we spent three days and nights in a dark room with the curtains drawn. No sunlight. The pool was green and not closed. The bar and restaurant was closed 2 of the three nights we were there. Strangers appeared on the patio of the lodge where we were eating lunch and changed their baby's diaper in front of us. We heard doors slamming all night, we could barely sleep. It was very stressful. Terrible vacation. We will not return.
