Jo and Rob were great guests and we were delighted that they chose to stay in our Annexe for their short trip to Suffolk. Unfortunately, we were not able to organise much in the way of good weather but they seemed to enjoy themselves. They left the Annexe in perfect condition and we have no hesitation in recommending them to other Hosts.

Picture book cottage

The annexe to the Old Chapel was delightful - clean and neat and comfortable and our hosts Tony & Aileen Kilbee were friendly and helpful. The cottage is full of paintings done by Aileen which were a lovely touch.

Suffolk stay
Publié le 15 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayA delightful stay which was enhanced by lovely weather. We were met by Tony and shown around our accommodation. Lovely welcome Pack provided and great base for us to stay in to visit family and surrounding area.
We would recommend to other guests.

Nice stay for 2 nights
Publié le 18 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall it was a lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. The welcome gifts and essentials of bread and milk being in the property for you is just lovely.
It was a little out of the village than I realised when first booked but was okay except the road noise from cars as road at front is quite busy thankfully at night much better.
Only downside was the oven it really needs to be cleaned.

Eilish. Thank you for your review. We are absolutely devastated that you found that the oven pan had not been cleaned since a previous guest had used it. Particularly as we take great care with our cleaning regime and are sorry that we missed this particular item. We shall take particular attention to this in the future. The road outside is quite busy at times, even though it is only a B road. We had hoped that the double glazing on the Annexe would keep the noise to a minimum.

A real gem
Publié le 5 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat host. Easy to feel nd and handy location for Norfolk and Suffolk. Apartment spotlessly clean, cosy and had everything 2 people need for a comfortable stay.
Quiet location and very comfy bed meant we both slept better than we usually do when away.

Very comfortable stay
Publié le 31 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe arrived to a lovely welcome from Aileen. The cottage is very clean and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Kitchen is well equipped and lounge chairs are very comfortable. Bed ok and bathroom was very good with lots of hot water at good pressure.
Tony was also an excellent host and we enjoyed sharing our interest of history with him.
Definitely recommend this as a great place to stay

It was a delight to host Helen and Don for their short stay in Finningham. We were so pleased that they chose our Annexe as a base for their exploration of this part of Suffolk.
Our mutual interest in history lead to some interesting discussions. They left the Annexe in perfect condition and we have no hesitation in recommending them to other VRBO Hosts.

Lovely holiday home for couples
Publié le 24 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were met by Tony and Aileen on arrival and shown around the property which was lovely and clean. They also left us a welcome pack and a few treats which were well received.
The annexe itself is detached from the main property and there is a nice area for seating outside on the patio.
The property was well equipped with very good quality cookware/towels/bedding etc to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They even provided shampoo, shower gel and handwash.
The hosts are friendly and on hand if you need them but not at all intrusive.
Overall, we had a really nice stay here and would definitely recommend it to other couples looking to stay in the area.
Thanks Tony and Aileen and hope to see you again.
