Definitely needs remodeling. The one attendant was helpful and courteous. Coffee was awful but I am used to filtered water and fresh ground beans so spoiled 😊. Facility has smoking rooms and is pet friendly.

Super friendly but not real clean.
Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThey put us in a smoking room and the smell was so bad we could not stay in the room. They moved us to a second floor room and they don't have an elevator. The desk worker helped carry our bags upstairs and was very friendly. This room smelled better but needed minor repairs that would have made a big difference in the comfort and appearance. The shower curtain rod was not properly attached to the wall and the curtain wouldn't stay closed causing water to get all over everything outside of the shower. The carpet was super dirty and could use a good cleaning. The breakfast options were lacking. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I stay at this hotel for one night. It was clean and a friendly staff. I will stay again next time Im in Springfield.
