We stayed in the Churchill Room which was very comfortable. The food was fantastic with a great choice of wines. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble, would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Amazing location and superb food

Publié le 25 oct. 2021 sur HotelsCovid conditions exceptional and we felt very safe in this regard. We have stayed before several years ago and enjoyed our stay in the past. However this time we were disappointed with our trip and will not return as the delivery was not up to standard. The food was very good and overall the service was too apart from one male staff member who appeared to be a supervisor or manager who showed me to me room and let me carry my own suitcase, I am over 70. He also hovered about as we were eating our meal which spoiled the experience. The room and facilities were not up to the standard expected. I asked for conditioner and was told they didn't supply it even though I was given a bottle the previous day when I asked.
